Recently, many Japanese businesses have been transferring their technology to businesses in China and other Asian countries. In this presentation, founding partner Kenji Kuroda, an attorney with over 20 years’ experience at the forefront of international legal affairs, gives an easy-to-understand explanation of points to take note of and troubleshooting measures when drafting licensing agreements for technology transfers to businesses in China and other Asian countries.
