Dr. Kaiser came to work for the Tokyo office of an international law firm in 1999 where he gained first insight into the Japanese legal system and after obtaining his own license as foreign law adviser from the Ministry of Justice in 2000 he has developed his practice in the area of German-Japanese legal affairs. In 2007 he became an of-counsel in a Japanese law firm to handle more complex transactions and projects. During that time he developed know how in construction law and international arbitration and is now focusing on international construction projects.
