Mr. Nomoto assists clients with both drafting agreements and resolving disputes (whether by court litigation or alternative means) in many industries (such as semiconductors, medical equipment, electrical equipment, pharmaceuticals, machinery and other manufacturing industries, warehousing, healthcare industry, apparel and textile industry, education industry, food and beverage industry, sports, games, software, information processing, advertising, character merchandising, music, movies, entertainment, real estate investment trusts, investment businesses, and many others) with respect to patents, copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights. He also handles general business law matters, including legal guidance to companies at shareholders’ meetings, and international business transactions. Mr. Nomoto counsels clients in manufacturing, software, music, arts and entertainment, internet business, sports apparel, character licensing, franchising, and other businesses.
