After graduating from the School of International Economic Law at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) in 1998, Ms. Wu spent two years working at a Chinese investment consulting firm, where she handled a range of tasks including civil and commercial cases, investment consulting for clients, and various contract proposals, negotiations, litigation, and arbitration. As she gained practical experience in various fields, she became interested in international law and decided to study abroad to further her learning. Ms. Wu chose Japan as her study destination, a country she had always been interested in since winning an award at a Japanese calligraphy exhibition in junior high school, and graduated from the Master’s program at Waseda University’s Graduate School of Law in 2005.
Since joining the firm in 2005, Ms. Wu has been actively involved in cases concerning Japanese companies’ investments in China, making use of her fluent language skills.
