Yuji Fukuda

Since visiting Taiwan on a trip during his university days, Mr. Fukuda has been interested in and hoped to get a job with a connection to Taiwan. After completing his legal apprenticeship, Mr. Fukuda went to Kaohsiung for a short-term language study abroad, and has been stationed in Taiwan since May 2017. From 2021, he began working in both Shanghai and Taiwan.
The main cases Mr. Fukuda handles include providing advice to Japanese companies expanding into Taiwan, drafting various contracts and providing advice on contracts governed by Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese law, providing advice on labor disputes at subsidiaries in China and Taiwan, providing advice on labor disputes in China and Taiwan, and researching and drafting written opinions on various laws and regulations in Chinese and Taiwanese law.
